一、学校概况
合肥幼儿师范高等专科学校是公办全日制普通高等师范专科学校，具有高等学历教育招生资格，学生在校完成专业规定的课程后，颁发中华人民共和国普通高等学校专科学历证书。
学校位于安徽省省会合肥，是安徽省首批“地方技能型高水平大学”立项建设单位、安徽省高等职业教育发展标杆校、安徽省国际交流合作基地、安徽省首批招收国际留学生专科院校、安徽省华文教育基地、教育部“职业教育优质案例”学校、国家语言文字推广基地。学校荣获职业教育国家级教学成果奖、全国职业院校教师教学能力大赛一等奖、安徽省线上教学成果特等奖、首届长三角师范生教学基本功大赛一等奖、第五届中国教育创新成果公益博览会“中国学前教育创新成果奖——最高SERVE奖”。
学校现有在校生近7000人，设有学前教育系、艺术系、社会管理与服务系、智能科学技术系、公共教学部、马克思主义学院6个教学系部，共有学前教育、早期教育、特殊教育、音乐教育、音乐表演、美术教育、艺术教育、艺术设计、舞蹈教育、舞蹈表演、体育教育、小学教育、小学英语教育、图书档案管理、婴幼儿托育服务与管理、酒店管理与数字化运营、智慧健康养老服务与管理、大数据技术、人工智能技术应用19个招生专业，其中学前教育、特殊教育、美术教育为国家级骨干专业。学前教育系教师团队入选首批国家级职业教育教师教学创新团队。

二、招生对象及项目
（一）招生对象：“一带一路”国家非中国籍公民
（二）招生项目
1.学历教育
（1）招生专业：学前教育
（2）学制：3年（实行春季和秋季双学期），最长修学年限不超过5年。学习方式为全日制。国际学生完成学业经考核合格，颁发合肥幼儿师范高等专科学校毕业证书。
（3）招生人数：20-30人（含预科生）
2.进修项目
（1）项目名称：中文进修
（2）学习期限：3个月至1年。学习方式为全日制。国际学生达成培养目标后，可获得结业证书。
（3）招生人数：10-20人
三、入学要求
（一）根据《中华人民共和国国籍法》持有有效护照的非中国籍公民，自愿来华学习并遵守中华人民共和国法律法规和学校规章制度，尊重本地风俗习惯；年满18周岁，高中及以上学历；身心健康，无传染性疾病。
（二）语言要求：
1.学前教育专业：中文语言能力达到HSK四级水平；如未达到HSK四级水平，可申请预科学习0.5-1年，通过学校考核后再进入专科阶段学习。
2.中文进修项目：无中文水平要求
四、费用
（一）申请费：免收
（二）学费：9000元/生/年
（三）住宿费：1200元/生/年（两人间）
（四）书本费：免收
（五）保险费：约800元/人/年，根据相关部门收费标准缴纳，有浮动。
五、奖助学金及资助政策
（一）“留学合肥”政府奖学金，金额为40000元/年
学校帮助符合条件的学生申请 “留学合肥”政府奖学金。“留学合肥”政府奖学金每年评定一次，每人每年一次申请机会，申请条件以“留学合肥”政府奖学金申请规定为准。
获得“留学合肥”政府奖学金的学生须缴纳学费、住宿费、保险费等各项费用且不再享受学校各类奖助学金及资助政策。
未获得“留学合肥”政府奖学金的学生可享受学校奖学金、助学金及资助政策。
（二）学校奖学金
1.语言奖学金：入学申请者拥有HSK五级证书可申请5000元语言奖学金；入学申请者拥有HSK四级证书可申请4000元语言奖学金；入学申请者拥有HSK三级证书可申请2000元奖学金。
2.学业优秀奖学金：每学年对学生学业成绩及在校表现进行评定，分为一、二、三等学业奖学金，分别各占班级人数的15%、25%、30%；一等奖学金3000元/年、二等奖学金2000元/年，三等奖学金1000元/年。
3.突出进步奖：在中文学习方面表现突出的学生，HSK等级考试提高一级可申请突出进步奖1000元。
（三）学校助学金
免收学费、住宿费，提供国际学生保险费、入境后体检费及居留许可等证件办理费用。其他费用自理。
（四）勤工俭学资助政策
学校为家庭困难的国际学生提供勤工俭学岗位，完成岗位任务可获得500元/生/月的资助。
六、申请与入学时间
（一）学历教育项目
2023年5月1日 - 6月30日（2023年秋季入学）
2023年9月1日 - 11月30日（2024年春季入学）
（二）中文进修项目
全年可申请，根据申请情况确定入学时间。
七、申请流程
（一）个人网上提交申请材料电子版以扫描件形式发送电子邮箱hfpecinternational@126.com，申请材料包括：
1.填写《国际学生入学申请表》（附件1）。
2.申请人本人护照。
3.申请人本人高中毕业证书及高中阶段学业成绩证明（中英文以外文本需附经公证的中文或英文的译文）。
4.申请人本人汉语水平考试证明。（申请中文进修项目者无需提交）
5.来华学习计划（不少于 800 字）,包括但不限于个人学习和工作经历、学习计划、毕业后的个人发展目标等（用中文或英文书写）。
6.推荐信，除写明被推荐人的表现等情况以外还需包含推荐人的职称/职务、工作单位、联系电话、email及推荐人签名（中英文以外文本需附经公证的中文或英文的译文）。（申请中文进修项目者无需提交）
7.有效期(六个月)内的体检报告，申请人应严格按照《外国人体格检查表》（附件2，须用英文填写）中要求的项目进行检查，需提供血液检查的详细报告，缺项、未贴本人照片或照片未盖骑缝章、无医师和医院签字盖章的《外国人体格检查表》无效；原件请于来华时随身携带。
8.无犯罪记录证明（中英文以外文本需附经公证的中文或英文的译文）。
9.填写《监护人保证书》（附件3）。
（二）学校招生办公室对申请者资料进行初审。初审合格者参加学校组织的入学考核。对入学考核合格者，学校将寄发《录取通知书》和《外国留学人员来华签证申请表》（JW202）。

1.About Hefei Preschool Education College
Hefei Preschool Education College (HPEC) is a public full-time normal college authorized to enroll, educate and award college diplomas to students. Students will be conferred a college graduation certificate of the People’s Republic of China after they complete all courses required.
Located in Hefei, the capital of Anhui Province, HPEC is a college in the list of Anhui Provincial Program to be constructed into a skill-oriented high-level university, a benchmark for higher vocational education in Anhui, the International Exchange and Cooperation Base, a pioneer among colleges in Anhui to recruit international students, the Chinese Education Base in Anhui, a model college in vocational education recognized by the Ministry of Education of the People’s Republic of China, and the National Language Promotion Base. HPEC has been awarded the National Prize in Teaching Achievements of Vocational Education, the Grand Prize in Online Teaching Achievements in Anhui Province, the Class-I Prize of the First Competition for Normal Students' Teaching Basic Skills in the Yangtze River Delta Area, the “Chinese Preschool Education Innovation Achievement Award”-the Highest SERVE Award" of the fifth Public Welfare Expo on Education Innovation Achievements in China.
With nearly 7,000 students, HPEC has six departments, namely, preschool education, arts, social management and service, intelligent science and technology, public teaching and Marxism. With great importance attached to international exchanges and cooperation, HPEC has established close, friendly and cooperative relations with Soonchunhyang University, Woosong University, Woosong College, and Cheju Halla University in the Republic of Korea, University of Chichester in the UK, Bloomfield College, Lincoln Academy, and Salisbury University in the US, Nizhyn Normal College in Ukraine, and the Personnel Department of Singapore People’s Action Party Community Fund, as well as Yuanpei University of Medical Technology, Min-Hwei College of Health Care Management, and Chung Yuan Christian University in Taiwan Province. The activities carried out by the college and its international counterparts include cooperative school running, bilateral academic visits by teachers, student exchanges and employment promotion.

2.2.1.Credential Education
Major: Preschool Education
Duration: 3 years (two semesters per year: spring semester and autumn semester), with a maximum of 5 years. Full time. International students who complete their studies and pass the examination will be awarded the Graduation Certificate of Hefei Preschool Education College.
Total number of enrollment: 20 to 30 (including preppies)
2.2.2.Training Program
Program name: Chinese Language Traning
Period of schooling: 3 months-1 year. Full time. International students who achieve the training objectives will be awarded the Certificate of Completion.
Total number of enrollment: 10 to 20
3.Eligibility Requirements
3.1.Non-Chinese citizens with a valid passport as per the Nationality Law of the People’s Republic of China are eligible for application. Applicants must apply of their own accord, abide by the laws and regulations of the People’s Republic of China, comply with the rules and regulations of HPEC, and respect local customs. Applicants must be aged over 18, hold a high school diploma or above, and be healthy both in body and in mind without any infectious disease.
3.2.Language Requirements
Preschool Education Major: Applicants must have a Chinese proficiency certificate of HSK Band 4 or above. Those without such a certificate may attend preparatory courses for half to one year and can start college education after passing the school assessment.
Chinese language program: No requirement for Chinese proficiency
4.Tuition Fee
4.1.Application: free
4.2.Tuition: 9,000 RMB/student/year
4.3.Accommodation: 1,200 RMB/student/year (double room)
4.4.Textbooks: free
4.5.Insurance: about 800 RMB/person/year, according to the charging standards of relevant departments, with a floating rate.
5. Scholarship and Bursary Policies
5.1. “Study in Hefei” Government Scholarship: 40,000 RMB/year
HPEC helps eligible students apply for the “Study in Hefei” government scholarship. The scholarship is awarded once a year, and each person has one opportunity for application a year. The criteria are specified in the application regulations.
Students who receive the scholarship must pay for tuition, accommodation and insurance and they are not eligible for college scholarships and grants.
Those who fail to gain the scholarship can enjoy college scholarships, bursaries and other grants.
5.2. College Scholarship
5.2.1.Language proficiency scholarship
Successful applicants holding a Chinese proficiency certificate of HSK Band 5, Band 4 or Band 3 may apply for a language proficiency scholarship respectively for RMB 5,000, RMB 4,000 or RMB 2,000.
5.2.2.Academic Excellence Scholarship
According to the evaluation of the academic achievements and performance of the students at school, three levels of annual scholarships will be awarded to students: Class I, RMB 3,000, Class II, RMB 2,000, and Class III, RMB 1,000. The percentages of the students winning the scholarships in a class are designed to take 15 percent, 25 percent, and 30 percent respectively.
5.2.3.Outstanding Progress Scholarship
Those students who achieve outstanding progress in learning Chinese may apply for an outstanding progress scholarship of RMB 1,000 upon each band upgrading in the HSK tests.
5.3.School Bursary
Tuition and accommodation are free of charge. Insurance, health checkup, handling of residence permit after entering China are covered for international students. Other expenses are paid by the students.
5.4.Work-study Financial Aid Policy
International students whose families are in difficulty will be provided work-study positions. Those fulfilling specified tasks will get living subsidy of 500 yuan per month.
6. Application and Admission Time
6.1.Credential Education Program:
May 1-June 30, 2023 (Fall Semester, 2023)
September 1- November 30, 2023 (Spring Semester, 2024)
6.2.Chinese Language Training Program:
Application can be made throughout the year, and the time of enrollment will be determined based on the application.
7.Application Procedure
7.1.Applicants must submit the electronic version of the application materials online, and send the scanned copies to hfpecinternational@126.com. The application materials include the following:
A filled “International Student Application Form” (Appendix 1)
Applicant’s passport
Applicant’s high school graduation certificate and high school transcripts (for documents in languages other than Chinese and English, attach notarized Chinese or English translations)
Proof of Chinese Proficiency Test result (Those who apply for the Chinese language education program do not need to submit recommendation letter))
Study plan in China (not less than 800 words), including but not limited to education and work experience, study plan, and personal goals after graduation (in Chinese or English)
Recommendation letter, covering the performance of the recommender, as well as the recommender’s title/position, employer, contact number, email and signature (for letters in languages other than Chinese and English, attach notarized Chinese or English translations) (Those who apply for the Chinese language education program do not need to submit recommendation letter)
Physical checkup report within the validity period (six months). The applicant should strictly follow the Foreigner Physical Check Form (Appendix 2, which must be filled in English), and provide a detailed report of the blood examination. A Foreigner Physical Check Form with any item unfilled, no photo of the applicant or photo unsealed on the perforation, no signature and stamp by the doctor and the hospital, is invalid. Bring the original form when the applicant comes to China.
No criminal record certificate (if the certificate is in languages other than Chinese or English, attach a notarized Chinese or English translation)
A filled Custody Release Form (Appendix 3)
7.2.The applicant's information will be primarily examined by the Admissions Office. Those who pass the preliminary examination may take the entrance examination organized by the College. The admissions office will send to those who pass the entrance examination an Admission Letter and a Visa Application Form for Foreign Students to China
