一、学校概况

合肥幼儿师范高等专科学校是公办全日制普通高等师范专科学校，具有高等学历教育招生资格，学生在校完成专业规定的课程后，颁发中华人民共和国普通高等学校专科学历证书。

学校是安徽省首批“地方技能型高水平大学”立项建设单位、教育部“职业教育优质案例”学校。2018年以来，学校荣获国家级教学成果二等奖、全国职业院校教师教学能力大赛一等奖、全国职业院校技能大赛“学前教育”赛项二等奖；“‘全实践引领，政校园协同’的幼儿教师培养模式”在第五届中国教育创新成果公益博览会上获得中国学前教育创新成果最高奖。

学校开设了学前教育、早期教育、特殊教育、音乐教育、美术教育、舞蹈教育、艺术教育、艺术设计、舞蹈表演、英语教育、小学教育、图书档案管理、幼儿发展与健康管理、酒店管理14个专业，其中学前教育、特殊教育、美术教育为国家级骨干专业，学前教育专业团队于2019年被立项为职业教育国家级教师教学创新团队。

学校坚持开放办学，与韩国顺天乡大学、韩国又松大学、韩国又松信息大学、韩国济州汉拿大学、英国奇切斯特大学、美国布隆菲尔德学院、美国林肯学院，以及台湾地区元培医事科技大学、敏惠医护管理专科学校、中原大学，新加坡人民行动党社区基金人事部等在合作办学、教师访学、学生交流和就业等方面开展密切合作，建立了友好合作关系。

建校39年来，学校累计为社会培养了1.5万多名幼教、小教教师，培训了3.7万余名在职幼儿教师，其中，安徽省80%以上省级一类幼儿园园长和合肥市90%以上公办幼儿园园长是我校的毕业生。学校享有“江淮幼教一枝花”、“安徽幼教的黄埔军校”、“安徽幼儿园园长的摇篮”等美誉。

二、招生专业

1.专业名称：学前教育

2.学制：三年（实行春季和秋季双学期）

3.招生对象：面向国际学生，主要招收“一带一路”国家留学生

4.招生人数：20人

三、入学要求

1.自愿来华学习并遵守中华人民共和国法律法规和学校规章制度，尊重本地风俗习惯。

2.年满18周岁，女，高中及以上学历，已通过汉语水平考试 (HSK) 二级。

3.身体健康，无传染性疾病，须提供所在国公立医院或经所在国公证机关公证的私立医院签发的健康证明书。

4.符合中华人民共和国《普通高等学校招生体检工作指导意见》中学前教育专业的相关要求。（具体要求见附件4）

四、学费

3200元/生/年

五、资助及奖学金政策

1、资助政策：

（1）免住宿费及教材费；

（2）按国家政策要求为留学生购买保险；

（3）减免学生入境后办理居留许可证及体检的费用；

（4）给予500元/生/月的生活资助。

2、奖学金政策

学校设立专项留学生奖学金如下：

（1）语言奖学金：

入学申请者拥有HSK五级证书可申请6000元语言奖学金；入学申请者拥有HSK四级证书可申请4000元语言奖学金；入学申请者拥有HSK三级证书可申请1000元语言奖学金。

（2）学业优秀奖学金：

每学年对学生学业成绩及在校表现进行评定，分为一、二、三等奖学金，分别各占班级人数的10%、20%、30%，一等奖学金8000元/年，二等奖学金5000元/年，三等奖学金3000元/年。

（3）突出进步奖

在中文学习方面表现突出的学生，HSK等级考试每提高一级可申请突出进步奖1000元。

六、申请流程

1.下载并填写《国际学生入学申请表》（附件1）、《外国人体格检查记录》（附件2）、《监护人保证书》（附件3），同时将高中毕业证书复印件及高中阶段学业成绩证明、汉语水平考试证明、健康证明书等资料在2020年5月20日前邮寄、传真或E-mail到我校招生办公室。

2.学校招生办公室对申请者资料进行审查，对符合条件者，寄发《录取通知书》和《外国留学人员来华签证申请表》（JW202）。

Guide to Application for Three-year College Program Admission at Hefei Preschool Education College in 2020

I. About Hefei Preschool Education College

Hefei Preschool Education College (HPEC) is a public full-time normal college authorized to enroll, educate and confer college degrees to students. Students will be conferred a college graduation certificate of the People’s Republic of China after they complete all courses required.

HPEC is a college in the list of Anhui Provincial Program to be constructed into a skill-oriented high-level university and a model college in vocational education recognized by the Ministry of Education of the People’s Republic of China. HPEC has been awarded a Class-II prize in the National Evaluation of Outstanding Achievements in Education, a Class-I prize at the National Teaching Ability Competition for Vocational College Teachers, and a Class-II prize for its preschool education at the National Vocational College Skills Competition since 2018. Its preschool teacher training mode featuring “full practice-oriented and government-college- kindergarten coordinated program” was awarded the highest national prize for innovation achievements in preschool education at the Fifth China Education Innovation Expo.

HPEC offers 14 programs, namely preschool education, early childhood education, special education, music education, fine arts education, dance education, art education, art design, dance performance, English education, elementary education, library and archives management, early childhood development and health management, and hotel management, among which, preschool education, special education and fine arts education are the national key programs. The preschool education team was listed to be constructed into a national teaching innovation team for vocational education in 2019.

With great importance attached to international exchanges and cooperation, HPEC has established close, friendly and cooperative relations with Soonchunhyang University, Woosong University, Woosong College, and Cheju Halla University in the Republic of Korea, University of Chichester in the UK, Bloomfield College and Lincoln Academy in the US, and the Personnel Department of Singapore People’s Action Party Community Fund, as well as Yuanpei University of Medical Technology, Min-Hwei College of Health Care Management, and Chung Yuan Christian University in Taiwan. The activities carried out by the college and its international counterparts include cooperative school running, bilateral academic visits by teachers, student exchanges and employment promotion.

Over the past 39 years since its establishment, HPEC has cultivated over 15,000 preschool and elementary school teachers and trained over 37,000 in-service kindergarten teachers. Among all the principals of the Class-I kindergartens in the province, more than 80 percent are graduates of HPEC, and so are more than 90 percent of the principals of public kindergartens in Hefei, the capital city of Anhui. HPEC has been acclaimed as the flagship of preschool education, the “Whampoa Military Academy” in preschool education, and the cradle of kindergarten principals in Anhui.

HPEC has been repeatedly commended by the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, and the Ministry of Ecology and Environment. It has been honored as a “National Advanced Unit in Language and Writing Teaching”, a “National Advanced Unit in Sports Education”, and a “Benchmark College for Higher Vocational Education Development in Anhui”; it has been cited by the Ministry of Education as a teacher training school that has cultivated qualified teachers for elementary education with clearly defined orientation and remarkable achievements; it is an advanced unit in the educational sector and a civilization role model in the province.

II. Program offered to international students

1.Program name: preschool education

2.Program duration: three years (two semesters per year: spring semester and autumn semester)

3.Preferred candidates: international students, particularly those from the Belt and Road countries

4.Total number: 20

III. Eligibility Requirements

1.Applicants must apply of their own accord, abide by the laws and regulations of the People’s Republic of China, comply with the rules and regulations of HPEC, and respect local customs.

2.Applicants must be aged over 18, female, holding a high school diploma or above, and have a Chinese proficiency certificate of HSK Band 2 or above.

3.Applicants must be in good health without any infectious disease. A health certificate issued by a public hospital or a private hospital notarized by a notary department in the country where the applicant is from must be provided.

4.Applicants must meet the requirements for the preschool education program stipulated in the Guiding Opinions on Physical Examination of Students in General Institutions of Higher Learning of the People’s Republic of China. (See Appendix 4 for specific requirements)

IV. Tuition Fee

RMB 3,200 per year per student

V. Financial aid and Scholarship Policies

1.Financial aid policies:

(1) Free Accommodation and teaching materials;

(2) Insurance covered by the college in accordance with the national policy;

(3) Reduction and exemption for residence permit and physical examination charges after entering China.

(4) RMB 500 as the living subsidy every month.

2. Scholarship policies

HPEC offers the following scholarships exclusively for international students:

(1) Language proficiency scholarship

Successful applicants holding a Chinese proficiency certificate of HSK Band 5, Band 4 or Band 3 may apply for a Language proficiency scholarship respectively for RMB 6,000, RMB 4,000 or RMB 1,000.

(2) Academic Excellence Scholarship

According to the evaluation of the academic achievements and performance of the students at school, three levels of annual scholarships will be awarded to students: Class I, RMB 8,000, Class II, RMB 5,000, and Class III, RMB 3,000. The percentages of the students winning the scholarships in a class are designed to take 10 percent, 20 percent, and 30 percent respectively.

(3) Outstanding Progress Scholarship

Those students who achieve outstanding progress in learning Chinese may apply for an outstanding progress scholarship of RMB 1,000 upon each band upgrading in the HSK tests.

VI. Application Procedure

1.Applicants should download and fill out the International Student Application Form (Appendix 1), the Foreigner Physical Check Form (Appendix 2), and the Custody Release Form (Appendix 3), and send them via mail, fax or e-mail, together with a photocopy of the high school graduation certificate, a proved high school transcript, the HSK certificate and the health certificate to the HPEC admissions office before May 20, 2020.

2.After reviewing the applicants’documents, the admissions office will send to those who meet the requirements an Admission Letter and a Visa Application Form for Foreign Students to China (JW202).
